    Great Chipotle Flavour w/ Just the Right Heat

    In Central America, they have hot sauce figured out. The Melinda's Chipotle-Habanero sauce is just about the perfect combination of smokiness and heat; neither is overwhelming. It has a real depth of flavour that many other sauces don't have which, I'm guessing, comes from the carrots, onion and garlic that are in it. I came here looking just for long time favorite hot sauce, but this may just be the one I re-order first.
