2003 Fiery Foods Challenge Award Winner!! Denzel says: "I'd always wanted to make a locally grown fruit based hot sauce. Peaches were an obvious choice for me because up here in BC we can always get good quality,organic peaches. This sauce is milder than most of my habanero sauces, but it does have a bit of heat to it. It's kind of a delayed reaction sort of thing. Sweet and peachy at first, then about 5 or 6 seconds later you get that pleasant wave of habanero induced heat and the endorphine rush that goes with it. That little bit extra is free of charge."
