Ahh yes....the lowly Jalapeno. I think every chili head may have started innocently with this one. A bet from a buddy that "you can't eat all those!", then a love for the pepper, then the cayenne, the habanero.......
I still like the pubs that make Armadillo Eggs (stuffed Jalapenos, aka Texas Torpedos, Jalapeno Poppers, etc), these milder chili peppers are great for snackin! They make for some tasty sauces that just about anyone can handle too.
