This is a really rich, earthy sauce. I roast the habanero's along with an obscene amount of garlic under high heat. Even experienced chiliheads can appreciate the heat level, so ya gotta be careful. The flavor makes it worth the pain. This one is great tasty additive in soups, stews, chili and sauces or even straight up on pizza.

....now one of my all time favorites! This extra thick sauce is UNBELIEVABLE on pizza. It stays where you put it, and although it's not rated as an extreme sauce, this stuff has a bite and is about as hot as Blair's Death Sauce, maybe a bit more than the original. The garlic flavor really comes through in this one, just wish Denzel made it in a bigger bottle!
